To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We will accept items for return or exchange within 60 days from the date of receipt. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost unless the return is a result of our error or manufacturer defect.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our customer service team via email at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Prepare item for shipment taking care to protect the items for transit and including all original packaging
- Return the package to the address below, be sure to include your RMA number
